Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Hanna Rinne Art, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Art must be in its original condition, including all packaging and documentation. To begin your return, please contact us with your order details. After we approve your request, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
